Boat charter requirements: Please arrive 30 minutes prior to sailing time. DO NOT board any vessel without permission from the crew! Sites are ultimately determined by weather and may be changed at any time by the captain. All spaces are paid for at the time of booking. Once you commit to going on a charter, you will be paying for a charter. Unless either canceled by weather or we are able to sell your space to another diver (qualified to dive the scheduled sites).
Cape Ann Charters Directions to the Daybreaker
Directions: Starting on route 128 heading north towards Gloucester MA. Get off at exit 14 and go right at end of exit ramp onto route 133 towards Gloucester. Travel 2 ½ miles look for Cape Ann Marina on left (Yankee Fleet). Enter marina’s 2nd entrance and drive into parking lot towards motel.
New location this year As you dive into the marina there is 2 travel lifts (wheeled lifting cradles for lifting boats from the water) on your left. Turn left before them and park just across from and after them. There are two tide ramps between the buildings by the travel lifts the go down the one on the right facing the water. Our boat Daybreaker is in slot J5 about 5 spots down. Please note these directions are for our normal Cape Ann dockage if we have made arrangements to pick you up elsewhere we will send you directions to whatever location we have chosen as pick up harbor.

From the North: Take Route 128 South to Exit 25A, Route 114 East.
From the South: Take Route 128 North to Exit 25A, Route 114 East. Note - Rt 95 and Rt 128 split on the North shore - the exit is off Rt 128 after the Gloucester split.
Local Directions: Follow Route 114 East to Salem. You will pass a Hess Gas Station on your left and immediately thereafter you go over a bridge. This road becomes North Street. You will go through one set of lights (Jerry's Army-Navy store will be on your left). At the next intersection, take a left onto Norman Street. Follow this through a set of lights at the next intersection (the post office will be on your right and RT 114 East will follow to the right). Go straight (do not follow 114) through this intersection onto New Derby St. You will come to another set of lights (the fire station is on your left); go straight through this intersection. This turns into Derby St. You will pass the Salem Beer Works restaurant and the Salem Pirate Museum on your left as you drive down this road. You will come to a 4-way stop at the intersection of Derby and Hawthorne/Congress St. An Eastern Bank is on the right.
To find the GAUNTLET in the SUMMER location within the marina: Take a right at the intersection onto Congress Street. Take your first left into the Eastern Bank parking lot. Take your first right into a smaller lot adjacent to the bank parking lot. You will see the South Basin of the marina and a ramp leading down on the left. The boat is at the bottom of the ramp.

From Points South: Route 95 North, Exit 92, RT.78 east, to Route 1 North. Exit “Snug Harbour, East Matunuck”, Succotach Rd. Follow 5 mi. to fork. Bear left ,Gooseberry Rd. Follow 1 mi. We are on the left.
